HOW DO I GET MY CUSTOM BAT?
In Person: After purchase we will contact you to discuss your custom bat and the best option for you. We are open to do custom bat fittings throughout the week, during which you can visit our Melbourne workshop. You'll have access to all the clefts we have in stock and with the help of master craftsman Max Shuttleworth we'll discuss your specifications, choose a cleft and create the best bat you've ever used. From the date of fitting it will take 1 - 7 days to complete the bat, if desired you can return to the workshop throughout the process to consult on the process of your bat and factors such as pickup. 
Online: After purchase we will contact you to discuss your custom bat and the best option for you, if desired we will engage in a Zoom or Facetime consultation where you'll have access to all the clefts we have in stock and with the help of master craftsman Max Shuttleworth we'll discuss your specifications, choose a cleft and create the best bat you've ever used. From the date of fitting it will take 1 - 7 days to complete the bat after which you can collect it or it will be posted to you.
HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM BAT TAKE?
From the time of purchase a custom bat takes 1 - 7 days to produce.
HOW LONG DO BAT REPAIRS TAKE?
Bat repairs take 1 -5 days to complete. If received on or before Wednesday, the bat will be ready for collection on Friday before the weekend's game.
DO YOU PROVIDE WARRANTY ON YOUR CUSTOM CRICKET BATS?
Yes! We provide a 12 month warranty on all of our custom made cricket bats. This ensures cover of manufacturing and material defects. It excludes damage caused by the use of poor quality balls, mistimed shots/yorkers, tapping and normal wear and tear. 
If a bat is damaged under warranty it will either be repaired or replaced free of charge.
DO YOU PROVIDE WARRANTY ON YOUR REPAIRS?
Yes! We provide a 3 month warranty on all our repairs unless otherwise stated. This ensures that if a repair fails under warranty if possible it will be replaced free of charge. If the bat is beyond repair, the price of the repair will be deducted from the cost of a brand new custom made MS Cricket bat!
